Status: PlannedSovereign AI is the CloudFARM platform deployed so that your data, your models and the compute that runs them stay under your control, in Nepal. It is planned: nothing is served yet.
What it is planned to be
Data locality
Your data is planned to be stored and processed in Nepal and not sent abroad without your agreement. Terms for any international transfer will be set out in customer agreements.
Private deployment
Your models are planned to run on capacity reserved for your organisation, not a shared pool, with access limited to the people you name.
Dedicated infrastructure
Single-tenant GPU servers, planned on NVIDIA HGX B300, for a third-party data centre in Nepal, under NDA. Facility details are not published.
Network isolation
Each deployment is planned with its own isolated network and firewall rules, with continuous monitoring and audit trails.
Governance
Customers will be screened against the U.S. Consolidated Screening List before any capacity is provisioned. Alignment with Nepal’s DoIT Directive 2081, Nepal Rastra Bank data localisation guidance and GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses is planned.
CloudFARM holds no security certification, such as ISO 27001 or a SOC 2 report. The security page says what is in place today.
Security
What runs today
Nothing is served today. When capacity is first connected, it may be interim capacity from another provider, which we will name. It will be labelled exactly: “Developer preview on interim capacity. Sovereign Nepal deployment: scheduled.”
Interim capacity is not the sovereign deployment. Everything else on this page describes the sovereign deployment in Nepal, which is planned.
