Cloud Future Automation Research Matrix Pvt Ltd (CloudFARM) aims to establish Nepal as a regional AI infrastructure hub, with secure, high-performance GPU computing planned on NVIDIA technologies and the country's renewable hydropower.
Our mission
To provide enterprise-grade GPU computing for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and high-performance computing — and to serve customers in Nepal, South Asia, and around the world with sustainable, sovereign, cost-effective compute.
Company history
CloudFARM was incorporated in Nepal in June 2026, building on three years of prior research and development by its founding team. Phase 1 hardware is on order through an established Supermicro channel vendor.
Structural energy advantage
Nepal's low-cost industrial hydropower is planned to underpin CloudFARM's pricing. No rates are final yet.
Grid resilience
Nepal's transmission backbone is being strengthened, including by the U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation's 400kV programme. CloudFARM is not a party to that programme.
Environmental stewardship
Compute is planned to run on Nepal's grid, which is almost entirely hydropower, with energy use published once hardware is in service and metered.
