These terms are between you and Cloud Future Automation Research Matrix Private Limited (CloudFARM), a company registered in Nepal. Once they take effect, using this website means accepting them.
What the website is
The website describes what CloudFARM is building. Each capability it describes carries its status: live, in progress, planned or waitlist. Nothing is available today unless the site says it is live.
No service is offered yet
No compute, inference or model is served, and nothing can be bought. Prices on the site are marked Indicative and are not an offer. When the platform opens, its own terms will govern its use, and these terms will point to them.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and as the acceptable use policy allows.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, including its rate limits and form checks.
- Do not send us, through a form or by email, anything you do not have the right to share.
Accounts
Registration is closed while the platform is on a waitlist. If you hold an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at tech@cloudfrm.ai if you think someone else has used them.
Content and trademarks
The site’s text, design and media belong to CloudFARM or to those who licensed them to us. Other companies’ names and marks belong to their owners, and naming them does not mean they endorse us. The copyright notice says more.
No promise the site is perfect
We work to keep the site accurate and to label what is planned as planned, but the site is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Questions counsel is settling
Which law governs these terms, which courts decide a dispute, and how far our liability is limited are being settled in the review of this draft. Until these terms take effect, nothing on this page limits a right the law gives you.
Changes to these terms
These terms are a draft under legal review and are not yet in effect. When they take effect, their date appears at the top of this page, and each later change shows a new date.
